All About Me

Blog Assigment 1

Hello, my name is Carlis.
I live here in mobile, al and these past 22 years of my life have been the greatest experience ever! I'm blessed to even be alive right now and I can only give thanks to the almighty G-d. I'm currently attending University of South Alabama and majoring in physical education. I recently graduated from Bishop State Community College were I played Basketball and was also Mr Sophomore of the school class. I have a huge heart for kids, and helping people of any age. Im entering the field of education to help kids and young adults physically and mentally. I currently work as a substitute, help coach for a high school, and I'm the Asstiant Director for a YMCA program. My mother and father are religious and applied many of those religious teachings to me, and shaped me in the direction that im headed now.

There's many things people judge people by, and with me, you really can't judge me by how I dress all the time. I think it's safe to say I'm sort of religious guy. I don't certainly don't hound people to be the way that I am. I'm a college student and there's lots of things I avoid and stay away from. I don't curse, drink alcohol, have sex (until im married), but I do hang around many people that do those things and worse. I'm more of a laid back guy that don't stress about much because I feel that life is too short for that.

In my spare time I love to listen to all types of music, read, help people, play sports, draw, work out, and I also love to laugh. So if you see the word "lol" that means "Laughing out loud". I play the drums, piano, sing (don't we all lol), and i also play the saxophone. I might not be the best at the all, but I always try my best at everything I do. I'm sometimes on the web looking at sports and facebooking, heres a couple links to my favorite websites: espn, my facebook.

P.s.  This is my first time taking this class, and I hear this class will challenge us. I'm not very computer literate so I hope my teacher will bear with me lol.
