My summary was on Dan pinks Anatomy, Purpose, Mastery. He basically talked about implanting new things in the education setting. Many of the things he mentioned in this passage word be very important in the classroom especially for new teachers as myself. The book "Drive" applies to education also and the work he asks student to do. I would recommend everyone to read this book if you're a becoming teacher.
